Start Sooner, Run Fast, Finish Faster – The New York Marathon 2017

At Factory CRO we believe that physical fitness stimulates people to get the best out of themselves. Besides the positive energy, it increases company engagement and team spirit. In light of this philosophy, 12 Factory CRO runners successfully completed the New York Marathon on November 5th, 2017. Along with 50.759 other runners our Factory CRO runners took off on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge for their 42.195 km race through the five boroughs of New York city. All-day showers and high temperatures (the worst running condition!) did not stop them: 10 personal records were crushed and our runners’ average finish time of 03:51:15 far exceeds the overall average finish time of 4:39:07. While still recovering from the ultimate efforts, new plans for next races are being made.
